“Tech Destination Mega Event Announced by Pakistan’s Federal Minister for IT, Omar Saif”

Islamabad:In Islamabad, on January 11, a mega event titled ‘Tech Destination’ will take place, announced by Federal Minister for IT, Omar Saif.
In his statement, Omar Saif mentioned that the establishment of 10,000 Freelancers Employment Centers will be announced to facilitate freelancers. Currently, 1.5 million freelancers are actively working in Pakistan.
Dr. Omar Saif stated that most freelancers do not have access to the desired facilities, and each Employment Center with equipped facilities will have the capacity for the employment of 100 people.
He mentioned that each center will provide facilities for 100 working stations, benefiting 1 million freelancers annually, enabling them to generate $10 billion in valuable exchange.
Dr. Omar Saif stated that the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication in the incumbent government has had the most successful four months, undertaking 13 revolutionary measures for the advancement of the information and telecommunication sector.
Furthermore, Dr. Omar Saif added that with the substantial support of the ISF (Information Technology Support Fund) in the past four months, initiatives have become possible. The benefits of these initiatives will reach the public, and investment avenues in the country are becoming smoother.
