PML-Q leader Moonis Ellahi telephonically contacts Speaker National Assembly
ISLAMABAD: PML-Q leader Chaudhry Monis Elahi had a telephonic conversation with Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser, today.
Current economic and political situation in the country besides issues of mutual interest came under discussion during the call. Acknowledging the positive role of PML-Q leadership in national politics, the Speaker Asad Qaiser said that PML Q has always taken decisions in best national interest. He said that all political parties need to work together to steer the country out of the challenges it was facing.
The Speaker said that the country is on the path of development due to the economic policies of the present government led by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan. He said that stability of democratic institutions in the country is essential for the development and prosperity of the country. He said that the PM had led the country on the path of economic
development.
PML-Q leader Chaudhry Moonis Ellahi said that his party was an ally of the government and would stand by it in any political situation. He said that his party had not assured any party of the opposition to support their non-trust move against PM Imran Khan. He said that meetings of PLM-Q leaders with opposition leaders was being misinterpreted and the meetings
were part of political process.
Ch. Moonis Ellahi said that Economic indicators are positive and the country was politically and economically stable. He further his party had confidence in the leadership abilities of said that Prime Minister Imran Khan.
