Submission date for income tax returns extended to October 15

Islamabad: The FBR has extended the date for filing income tax returns by 15 days.
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) says the deadline for filing income tax returns has been extended to October 15.
t should be noted that the last date for submission of income tax returns was September 30, but now the FBR has extended it to October 15.
Earlier, an FBR spokesman said the date for filing tax returns would not be extended.
The FBR spokesman added that those who did not file their tax returns on time could apply for an extension of the date.
